The Story Behind SHEFIT

Growing up, Maggie struggled to find activities that truly held her interest or felt meaningful until her freshman year of college, when she discovered fitness. What started as a personal journey quickly became a life-changing passion. Fitness transformed how she viewed herself, her confidence, and her potential.

Motivated by this transformation, Maggie pursued her degree in Health Science to expand her knowledge and help others experience the same empowerment she found through fitness.

While her original dream was simply to own a gym because of her love for working out, her vision evolved into something much greater. She recognized a gap in the fitness industry —many women do not feel fully comfortable, supported, or represented in traditional gym spaces. That realization became the foundation for SHEFIT
